February’s Business | Social networking event was hosted by Britcham member Aluna at Ayana House, her new creative space that is available for workshops, functions and artistic gatherings.

Kindly sponsored by Laolive, Villa Opera and Sticky Fingers, guests enjoyed an evening of music, fine wine, delicious food and great company. A special guest appearance was made by Pany Saignavong, founder of the Ministry of Silk, who shared her recent experience in hosting successful Lao Fashion events in London and Paris.
The event also gave the chance to welcome Britcham’s latest Bronze Partner, Inthira Group, and company members Residence 88 and Maythany International School, to celebrate Panyathip British International School‘s recent Diversity and Inclusion award at the Lao Responsible Business Awards and welcome Ms Palinyakone Panyathip’s as the latest Board Member of Britcham Lao, with a special remit on education.
Deputy Ambassador to Laos, Cashel Gleeson provided the latest updates from the UK Embassy and, as always, spent plenty of time with our members, answering questions and sharing the work going on behind the scenes at the Embassy.
Thank you to all that attended, Ministry of Silk, Lao Ford and Mahindra for the lucky draw prizes, and we look forward to welcoming you at our next event in March with Amari Hotel.
