We are delighted to announce the Lao Responsible Business Awards (RBA) 2026, hosted by the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LNCCI), British Business Group in Laos (BBGL) European Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Laos (EuroCham Laos), Australian Chamber of Commerce in Laos (AustCham Laos), Embassy of Canada in Laos, and Civitas Co., Ltd.
The theme for the 2026 Awards focuses on two key pillars of responsible business:
Natural Resource Management: Highlighting companies that demonstrate ethical and sustainable stewardship of Laos’ natural assets, while respecting local communities and ensuring long-term environmental health.
Diversity and Inclusion: Recognizing businesses that foster equitable participation, representation, and opportunity across their operations, while building inclusive workplaces free from discrimination and systemic barriers.
Award Categories
- Small and Medium-sized Enterprises: Up to 25 employees
- Larger Enterprises: 25 or more employees
All businesses operating in Laos are encouraged to apply. Submitted initiatives should demonstrate measurable impact, innovation, stakeholder engagement, and long-term sustainability.
Timeline
- Applications Open: October 13, 2025
- Submission Deadline: November 30, 2025
- Awards Ceremony: February 2026
The Awards Ceremony will be celebrated alongside the Responsible Trade Fair & Networking Event, providing businesses, NGOs, and institutions an opportunity to showcase their sustainable initiatives, products, and services while fostering partnerships for a better future.
